EVENT MANAGEMENT OF OLAH BAKAT SISWA AKTIF (OBASTIF) FOR MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH LEVEL AS PROMOTION STRATEGY AT MA MIFTAHUL QULUB POLAGAN, GALIS PAMEKASAN

Olah Bakat Siswa Aktif (OBASTIF)—a talent sport event for Madrasah Tsanawiyah level held at MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Galis Pamekasan as a promotion strategy which in its implementation goes through stages namely planning, and evaluation. The study focuses on (1) How is the planning of OBASTIF (2) (3) result OBASTIF. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive type. data were obtained interviews, observation, documentation. informant are school principal, teachers, students Polagan. results show that: First. covers: a). determining purpose event, b). defining forms event. c). Arranging details, d). forming work team by involving OSIS (Student Council), e). preparing budget. Second, process covers distributing brochures giving delegation letters carried out week before registration opens distributed members; Polagan; technical meetings; competitions or events ; closing award. Third, institution accordance what expected became famous to all schools target, concerns facilitating developing their talents.
